WE ARE RACING AT CARLISLE - IF IT GET'S THE GO AHEAD.

Underneath the frost at Carlisle, the going is good to soft, and if they pass an 8.0.am, inspection on Sunday morning we will be doubly represented.

If Applaus has got his happy head on, then he would hold every chance in the 0-120 conditional jockeys handicap hurdle at 12.35.pm, over the two miles and one furlong, with Emma Smith-Chaston, who knows exactly what to expect, retaining the ride. At very nearly 12 years old Applaus is in charge, and if he wants to put his best foot forward he will.

Walk My Way has her second start for the yard at 1.05.pm, in the novices hurdle over two miles and three furlongs, with Emma Smith-Chaston taking the ride. Walk My Way has the experience of seven Irish point to point races behind her, and she will eventually be seen to best advantage over three miles and fences, but in the meantime she will continue her education here.

For our runner at Southwell on Sunday, check elsewhere on the website 'NEWS.'
