WE ARE DOUBLY REPRESENTED ON MONDAY.

enquiries0700

We send two up to Newcastle on Monday for their jumps meeting, where the going is currently described as good, good to soft in places.

Great Ballinboris at the age of nine, on only his ninth racecourse start, ran his best race yet, when finishing third at Doncaster 12 days ago, in first time blinkers, under a positive ride from Connor O'Farrell, who retains the ride here. Great Ballinboris who has had a very much stop and start career, will be hoping to build on that career best, in what is a deeper race this time, but he is lightly raced. He runs at 3.25.pm, in the 0-100 novices handicap chase, over two and a half miles.

He's A Diamond who was placed in both of his Irish point to points at Dromahane in 2023, and 2024, has raced in two bumpers for us in the last three months. He has finished last on both starts, but has since had his wind operated on, so there is every chance that we will see a different proposition this time. His point to point form shows that there is ability there, and it will probably be hurdles after this if the wind op has worked. He's A Diamond runs at 5.00.pm, in the maiden bumper, over the extended two miles, with Brian Hughes taking the ride.
