We have one runner on Friday at Haydock, where the going at the time of writing is described as good, good to soft in places.
Thursday's Child is obviously a performer of above average ability, having won on her debut on the all weather at Newcastle in March. She then bettered that effort under a penalty at Pontefract, when winning comfortably in a novice event, before taking her chance at York's Dante meeting in the Class 3, 0-95 handicap, where she finished a more than respectable fourth, being beaten by only two lengths, on her first try at seven furlongs.
Thursday's Child now drops back to six furlongs, and from the same mark, when she contests the 0-85 fillies handicap, at 7.28,pm, with her regular rider Billy Garritty taking the ride.
