THE TRIP COULD BE THE KEY FOR RING FENCED.

We have one runner on the all weather on Monday at Newcastle, when the five year old mare Ring Fenced goes to post for the 0-62 handicap at 6.30.pm, over a mile, with his regular rider Aiden Brookes in the saddle.

Ring Fenced had some very good form last season when trained elsewhere, including winning from a 9lb higher mark than now at Kempton just over a year ago. She has raced on six occasions since joining us, catching the eye on her latest start at Southwell 13 days ago, when staying on over a mile in a better race than this. That was her first try at a mile, the shortest trip she has ever run over, in all of her 13 starts to date, and this slightly stiffer test at Newcastle could be the answer.

Good luck to the connections, Robin Hood & Little John.

Ring Fenced & Aiden.
