We have just the one runner on Wednesday when The Resdev Way goes to post at 3.35.pm, for the 0-60 handicap over one mile and six furlongs, with our stable apprentice jockey Aiden Brookes who is on board for the first time, taking off 7lb.
The Resdev Way is suited by the Tapeta surface at Wolverhampton, and was a comfortable winner at the track in April of last year from a 3lb lower mark than now, over the extended two miles. He returned to Dunstall Park in November over one mile and six furlongs where he got going too late when staying on in to third, three and a quarter lengths off the winner. His latest run was on Southwell's new surface 19 days ago, when weakening inside the final furlong over their extended two miles. If he gets a fast run race, then he could swoop late over this trip, which is a bare minimum these days.

Good luck to the connections, Resdev.
