Quoteline Direct will make his 85th racecourse appearance, when he goes to post for the 4.55.pm, which is a 0-55 handicap, over 10 furlongs, with Aiden Brookes, who has finished second, third, and fourth on him in his three previous rides on the horse, taking the mount. Quoteline Direct has been runner up on both of his last two starts, at Newcastle and Wolverhampton, and is equally at home on turf, as he is on the all weather.
The Resdev Way, who like Quoteline Direct is also 10 years old, will make his 108th racecourse appearance, when he runs in the 0-50 Classified Stakes at 5.30.pm, over one mile and five furlongs, with Aiden Brookes riding him for the fourth time. The Resdev Way showed he is still very much enjoying his racing, when finishing a very creditable fourth at Wolverhampton 11 days ago, form which has been franked by the winner that day going in again since. This will be The Resdev Way's second trip to Lingfield, with his first in January 2022 being a winning one.
