SPLIT THE BILL DECLARED FOR KELSO.

We have one runner at Kelso on Wednesday, where the going is currently described as good.

Split The Bill had shown similar ability in three bumpers, and then in three novice hurdles, all at around two miles, before being sent off for his handicap debut 13 days ago at Perth, where he finished a six lengths fourth. He now steps up a further couple of furlongs from 1lb lower mark, with Jack Hogan retaining the ride. The race is a 0-120 handicap hurdle, over the extended two miles and six furlongs at 2.15.pm.
