Piecederesistance showed a good attitude at Newmarket 23 days ago when running the odds on 4/9 well handicapped favourite to a neck, for which he has been left on the same mark.
Piecederesistance is often his own worst enemy by being too keen in his races, and he can also put his head in the air when under pressure, but there is no doubting he is currently well handicapped, being 13lb below his last winning mark. The hood he wore last time has now been removed.
Piecederesistance goes to post for the 0-78 handicap, over 10 furlongs, at 4.50.pm, with P J McDonald, who has ridden him on one previous occasion taking the ride.
