We have one runner on Friday at Newmarket, where the going is currently described as good, good to firm in places.
Piecederesistance remains fairly lightly raced for a six year old, having had 20 starts on the flat, and a further four over hurdles. He is now 13lb below his last winning mark, and the hood he has worn on previous occasions, but was missing last time, is now reapplied. The trip and going will hold no fears for Piecederesistance, who goes to post for the 3.55.pm, in the 0-70 handicap, over one mile and two furlongs, with Richard Kingscote having his first ride for the yard.
