ONENIGHTINTOWN CAN CONTINUE HIS RESURGENCE.

We have four runners at Hexham on Thursday, where the going is currently heavy, with some areas of standing water.

Dark Duomo goes first at 1.50.pm, in the 0-100 handicap chase, over three miles, with his regular rider Emma Smith-Chaston in the saddle. Dark Duomo is yet to hit form in five starts, over both hurdles and fences, since arriving at the yard last autumn, which has seen his mark fall by 10lb. His best run for his previous yard was on his final start just under a year ago, when finishing second, and that form would see him in the mix here.

Walk My Way has had four runs for the yard since being purchased out of the Irish point to point field last year, with her stand out piece of form being a six and a quarter lengths sixth place at Catterick back on New Years Day. She was far from disgraced on her handicap debut at Wetherby two weeks ago, and now steps up in trip, from a 4lb higher mark. Walk My Way runs at 3.50.pm, in the 0-105 handicap hurdle, over two miles and seven furlongs, with Emma Smith-Chaston retaining the ride.

Onenightintown has had a new lease of life since returning from a short break back in December, when finishing third, then winning in February, and on his latest start at Market Rasen 23 days ago, he was a staying on runner up. All of those three runs came on a soft surface, which his past record had suggested that he didn't run well on. Onenightintown is clearly in the form of his life at the moment, and the 3lb rise in the weights shouldn't stop another big run. He goes to post for the 0-100 handicap chase, over two miles and four furlongs, at 4.30.pm, with Alice Stevens, who has been on board for all of those three runs, once again in the saddle.

Milltown Lily makes a quick return, just seven days after finishing down the field on her handicap hurdles debut at Catterick. Milltown Lily is yet to get competitive in any of her four hurdles starts, but has got placed form on the flat, although her best runs have been on a sound surface, and she has never run on ground this heavy. She runs at 5.00.pm, in the 0-95 handicap hurdle, over two miles, with Emma Smith-Chaston taking the ride.
