We have one runner on Wednesday at Kelso, where the going is currently described as good.
Monty Nevett has raced on 10 occasions to date, in three bumpers and seven hurdles races, three of which have been for us, since arriving at the yard late last year. Monty Nevett has one standout piece of form, which was for his previous yard at Newcastle in a novices hurdle in May of last year, when finishing third. That race was on good ground, a surface he hasn't encountered in any of his starts for us, and that could make a big difference this time.
Monty Nevett runs at 3.10.pm, in the 0-100 handicap hurdle, over the extended two miles and four furlongs, with Conor O'Farrell retaining the ride.
