Milltown Lily is our one representative at Newcastle on the all weather on Friday evening, where the Tapeta surface is currently described as riding standard to slow.
Milltown Lily last ran at Newcastle, five starts ago back in April, when finishing a two and a quarter lengths staying on third, from the same mark as now. Her four subsequent runs have seen her run consistently to a similar standard, and although she remains a maiden, she continues to knock very loudly on the door. She runs at 5.27.pm, in the 0-55 handicap, over 12 furlongs, with Aiden Brookes taking the ride.
