We have one declared at Catterick on Wednesday, for the final jumps meeting of their season, where the going is currently described as soft, heavy in places.
Before arriving at the yard last last year, Master Breffni had run in three Irish point to points, and nine hurdles races, with his stand out piece of form coming in March of last year, when finishing a eight and three quarter lengths third. He has raced on three occasions for us to date, all over fences, with the pick being his second start at Catterick in early February when finishing fourth to his stable mate Onenightintown, form which is working out well.
Master Breffni goes to post for the 0-100 novices handicap chase, at 2.45.pm, over two miles and three furlongs, with Conor O'Farrell retaining the ride.
