We have one runner on Tuesday at Ayr where the going is currently described as heavy, soft in places.
Lincoln Burrows was a winner in heavy going at Newcastle in April fro 1lb lower than now, but in three starts this term he is yet to strike form. He made his chase debut at Carlisle after his summer break in October, when after making a mistake, he was pulled up at the sixth. He quickly returned to hurdles, and although making no show, he is only six years old with very little mileage on the clock. Lincoln Burrows runs at 1.15.pm, in the 0-100 handicap hurdle, over the extended two miles and four furlongs, with Henry Brooke, who was on board when they scored at Newcastle, back in the saddle.
