IT'S THE JUMPS AND THE FLAT FOR US ON THURSDAY.

We have three runners, spread over two meetings on Thursday, where the going at Market Rasen for the jumpers is good, and at Catterick for their flat meeting, where the going is currently described as good to firm, good in places.

At Market Rasen, Seeyainthesuninn makes his racecourse debut in the bumper at 5.03.pm, over the extended two miles, with Joshua Thompson able to claim the full 10lb. Seeyainthesuninn who runs in the same colours as his illustrious ex stable mate Just Cameron, will become the 10th different representative of his unraced Dam to see the racecourse, of which five have been winners. Seeyainthesuninn is definitely bred for the jumps, being by the top National Hunt stallion Supreme Leader.

We also have two runners at Catterick. Sparkle In His Eye has been a great servant to the yard, having won five races for us since arriving from France, with his latest success coming at Musselburgh last August, from a 6lb higher mark than now. Sparkle In His Eye has failed to fully fire in five starts on the all weather since then, but the 59 day break will have done him good. This trip would be his minimum, so a fast pace would suit, when he goes to post for Division 1 of the 0-55 handicap, over seven furlongs, at 5.15.pm, with his regular rider Aiden Brookes in the saddle.

Elladora will take her chance in Division 2 of the 0-55 handicap, at 5.50.pm, where she will once again be partnered by Aiden Brookes. Elladora is now lurking on a very dangerous mark, having won for her previous yard from a 7lb higher mark a year ago at Hamilton. Since arriving at the yard she has now run on six occasions, with her best effort being over this course and distance, from the same mark 10 days ago, which signified that she was running back in to form.

Good luck to the connections, Mr and Mrs Paul Chapman, Samuel Sutton, and Anthony Bithell.

Elladora.
