Great Raffles enjoyed his golden period around this time in 2022 when winning two in a row over hurdles, the second from the same mark as now. He is yet to fire in any of his six attempts over fences, but this will be his first try at three miles since his hurdling days, and any rain would enhance his chance.
Great Raffles runs at 5.10.pm, in the 0-100 handicap chase, over three miles, with his regular rider Emma Smith-Chaston in the saddle.
