We have one runner at Southwell on Wednesday, where the Tapeta surface is currently riding as standard.
Evoluir was having his fourth start for the yard when running eye catchingly over this course and distance 11 days ago. He was stepping up to seven furlongs that day, and any stamina doubts were put to bed when he kept on well to finish fourth.
Unfortunately Evoluir has a nasty habit of being slowly away, something that he will always probably suffer from, but even when factoring that in to his form, he can still be a winner, especially if he can get his revs going a little bit sooner this time.
Evoluir runs at 2.40.pm, in the 0-50 Classified Stakes over seven furlongs, with his regular rider Aiden Brookes in the saddle.
