CARNIVAL ZAIN TO RUN AT HEAD QUARTERS.

We have one runner on Friday when the classy Carnival Zain runs at Newmarket at 4.45.pm, in the £30,000 Class 3, 0-90 handicap, over seven furlongs, with David Egan in the saddle for the first time, on what is currently described as good to firm, good in places ground.

Carnival Zain has found life tough this season, as the handicapper has made him pay the price for winning on five occasions last term, but he has now relented, and Carnival Zain is back on his last winning mark of 86. He has run well on three of his four starts this term, without quite having the extra gear to trouble the judge, and this race looks every bit as good as it's big prize suggests it should be.
