BONNE VITESSE TO CONTEST THE STAYERS.

We have one runner at Pontefract on Monday, where the ground at the time of writing is considered good to soft.

Bonne Vitesse who appreciates give underfoot, returns from an 89 day break. She was a comfortable winner at Ripon back in May, from a 3lb lower mark than now, which gives her every chance here, but that win was followed by two under par runs, so the break since then will have done here good. She runs at 3.30.pm, in the 0-75 Bluff Cove handicap, over the marathon two miles and two furlongs, with Aiden Brookes in the saddle.
