BODYGROOVE 25/1 WINNER!!!!!!!

Bodygroove made his handicap hurdle debut at Wetherby on Tuesday afternoon from a good looking mark of 95, which looked more than reasonable when judged against his best flat rating of 67. He took full advantage, always lying handy, and showed excellent determination when challenged on the run in all the way to the line, to win by two lengths under an excellent ride from our stable conditional jockey Josh Thompson.

Bodygroove will probably go up around 4lb for this success, but will still be eligible to race again in the same grade next time. He will also be back on the flat on the turf in due course.
