ANJO BONITA DECLARED FOR WETHERBY.

We have one runner on Sunday at Wetherby, where the going at the time of writing is good to soft, soft in places.

Anjo Bonita is a filly who always tries her hardest, and in her first season as a two year old she finished runner up on three occasions, just finding one two good each time, but always giving everything she's got.

She reappeared at Thirsk 26 days ago, when keeping on into third, in a race which will have done her good, after being away from the track for six months. On Sunday she faces some very well bred fillies at 1.55.pm, in the 10 furlongs fillies novices stakes, where Aiden Brookes takes the ride for the first time. The predicted soft ground will be no problem, and this first try at the trip should bring around further improvement. Once again she faces some good looking opposition, but there is no reason that she shouldn't run her race again.
