We have one runner on Friday at Doncaster, where the going is currently described as good, good to soft in places.
Ambassador is proving a model of consistence since arriving at the yard back in the summer. He has won three times over hurdles this season, and on his first start for us on the flat 11 days ago, he finished a very respectable fourth, after finding the early pace too hot. Because of his consistency he is probably handicapped up to his best for this 0-105 handicap hurdle at 3.53.pm, over the extended two miles and four furlongs, with Josh Thompson able to take 10lb off of his back.
