Micky who has trained in excess of 100 winners at Sedgefield added a further two to that tally on Wednesday afternoon.

Master Breffni initiated the double when keeping on well for a two and a half lengths success under a very well judged ride from Conor O'Farrell. Master Breffni had been two lengths in front over the last at Catterick last time, only to slow down under his jockey and get passed on the run in. There was no sign of that this time, as he led over the last and ran straight and true up the short run in.
RIOJA ALTA 14/1 WINNER!!!!!!!
Rioja Alta made all under Conor O'Farrell for an easy seven lengths success. The first time blinkers and making the running were partly the reason for this return to form, as well as his very good handicap mark of 91. Most importantly the horses are now beginning to run well, as we also had a further two finish second, and two more finish third.
